I am passionate about supporting both mental wellness and mobility for all. As a certified Feldenkrais Practitioner and VML Instructor, I have seen how the power of mindful movement can ease pain, enhance learning, and enrich everyday life. My goal is to help each person discover greater comfort, confidence, and freedom through movement.
