ABOUT ME
Movement Wisdom - Feldenkrais Practitioner
With a strong foundation in science and problem-solving, I first graduated in Mechanical Engineering and went on to complete a Master’s degree in the same field. My professional journey took a new direction in 2017, when my daughter’s illness introduced me to the Feldenkrais Method®.
The remarkable improvements I witnessed in her, along with the profound benefits I experienced in group classes myself, inspired me to dedicate my life to this work. I enrolled in a 4-year EuroTAB-certified Feldenkrais Professional Training Program, studying under Eilat Almagor and Anat Krivine—among the first students of Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais in Israel, Italy, and Japan. In 2022, I completed the program and qualified as an Internationally Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner.
Alongside this, I trained in Verbal Motor Learning (VML) and became a certified VML Instructor in 2020. Today, I primarily support children with special needs through Functional Integration (FI) and VML lessons, while also offering Awareness Through Movement (ATM) classes for adults of all ages. These sessions are designed to help people relieve pain, expand their movement possibilities, improve performance, and enrich their overall quality of life.
My approach combines scientific precision with compassionate care, guiding each person to discover how gentle movement can unlock resilience, comfort, and joy in everyday life.
THE APPROACH
Feldenkrais Method for All
At Movement Wisdom, I use the Feldenkrais Method® to support both body and mind. The way we move is closely connected to how we feel—tension, stress, and habits in our body often mirror those in our thoughts and emotions. By gently improving movement and increasing awareness of the body, it becomes possible to release stress, create new patterns, and find a greater sense of ease.
This approach is not about exercise in the usual sense—it’s about learning. Through mindful movement, clients often notice not only physical improvements but also greater clarity, resilience, and emotional balance. My aim is to guide each person toward better mental wellness, self-confidence, and overall quality of life, using movement as the pathway.
