ABOUT ME
Movement Wisdom - Feldenkrais Practitioner
I graduated from the Mechanical Engineering department and subsequently completed my Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
In 2017, I was introduced to the Feldenk Method due to an illness my daughter had. After witnessing the positive changes in her and experiencing the effects of group Feldenkrais classes myself, I decided to pursue instructor training. I began my 4-year EuroTAB certified Feldenkrais Education under the guidance of Eilat Almagor and Anat Krivine, who were among Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais' first students in Israel, Italy, and Japan. In 2022, I completed my training and earned the title of International Professional Feldenkrais Instructor.
Additionally, I completed VML (Verbal Motor Learning) training in 2020 and became a VML Instructor. I primarily work with special needs children, offering functional integration (FI) and VML classes, while also continuing to share the rich content of the Feldenkrais Method through Awareness Through Movement (ATM) classes for anyone looking to improve their quality of life, enhance their professional performance, and add movement to their lives.
